Eligibility & Consent

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. If you have not reached the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf. By using Mega Parking Tycoon you confirm that your use will comply with applicable law.

Service Description

Mega Parking Tycoon is a mobile parking and management simulation in which players park vehicles, expand lots, and grow a tycoon business. The Application may include promotions, in-app advertising, and optional reward features. Levels, mechanics, economy balancing, and reward rules may change, pause, or end at any time without prior notice.

Account, Access & Security

• You are responsible for activity carried out on your Device and within your sessions
• Do not share credentials, bypass authentication, or access systems without authorization
• Provide accurate information for withdrawals, verification, or support requests
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account

Acceptable Use

While using the Application you may not:

• Deploy bots, scripts, emulators, or similar tools to manipulate gameplay, ads, or rewards
• Reverse engineer or extract source code except where the law expressly permits it
• Attack, overload, or disrupt https://napsx.megapkon.com or any partner system
• Submit fraudulent withdrawal requests or fabricate advertising impressions
• Harass other users, upload unlawful content, or infringe intellectual property rights
• Breach applicable laws or any provision of these Terms

Rewards, Withdrawals & PayPal

• Rewards, where offered, are promotional and governed by in-app rules and eligibility criteria
• Withdrawals may require minimum balances, fraud review, identity checks, and a verified PayPal account
• Suspicious or rule-breaking requests may be delayed, canceled, or denied
• Processing times depend on PayPal, partners, compliance checks, and your region

Intellectual Property

Software, artwork, trademarks, vehicle and lot assets, level designs, audio, and other materials in the Application belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms. No further rights are granted by implication.

Advertising & Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate advertising, analytics, attribution, and payment partners whose own terms and privacy policies govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices that fall outside our reasonable control.

Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is collected, used, and shared, including processing associated with https://napsx.megapkon.com. By using the Application you acknowledge that you have reviewed that document.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, interfered with fair play, or created risk for other users or the platform. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mega Parking Tycoon, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Application, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact goldahuyettvu19975@gmail.com so we can seek a good-faith resolution. Non-waivable consumer rights under local law are not limited by these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Application or legal requirements evolve. Material revisions may be communicated in-app or through other reasonable means, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
